I'm hand-selecting a small group of parents and helping them break through their invisible ceilings using a combination of weekly group mentorship and the deepest mindset work you've ever experienced.

The model is simple.

Phase 1: Quick Wins & Instant Calm Parenting  (First 2 months)

We start by flipping the Psychological Switch and an introduction to presence, as this will allow you to be a calm and present parent on demand and will make the biggest difference in parenting and your life.

You will experience that your kids start listening more, and you will start to feel relaxed and confident in your parenting.

Week 1: On our first call, we'll identify exactly what's been getting in the way of your ability to be a calm parent. You will start to have quick wins in your daily life with your child.

Weeks 2-8: We continue to upgrade every part of your parenting experience, while mapping out your 12-month transformation plan.

The goal is to see a big jump in your inner and our peace at home.

Phase 2: Deepen and Connect with Cosciousness (Months 3-12 and beyond)

3 Wednesdays a month at 1 pm UK time, we meet for 90 minutes to clear any challenges and implement your growth plan.

You'll have:

• My direct mentorship on every call
• Prerecorded material coaching between sessions to keep connected
• A community of parents all growing peacefully together

• Option to add 1-on-1 access to me when needed

Plus: The heart-opening experience of watching other parents having huge insights and relief as to how amazing their kids and their painting is, Alahamdulillah. Better than Netflix.
